Notice
There may be a restocking fee for product(s) returned as defective that have no problem of up to 25%. This
restocking fee is determined based on the condition that the product is returned
------ The minimum fee will be 5% or $50, whichever is more. ------ Returns must
be complete with all manuals, cables, etc., just as you received them. ------
Product(s) must be in resellable condition, clean, without scratches or usage
marks of any kind. ------ Make sure that the RMA# given is on the shipping
label. Please do not write on the box! (Customer will incur a 10%
re-boxing fee if the box is not returned in resellable condition). ------ The
product being returned must be returned in the manufacturer’s original boxing
and packaging, inside and out. ------ When returning product, the customer is
responsible for freight costs. ------ All product(s) that are shipped
double-boxed must be returned double-boxed. ------ Product(s) received without
a RMA number or an expired RMA number will be returned to the customer.
